Shipping Guide: PC Components and Items to Kenya

Introduction

Welcome to our shipping service! We specialize in weekly shipments of PC components and other items to Kenya that are not readily available locally ,(example you want a PC with a 4070 and it’s not available in store). This guide will provide you with all the essential information you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, fees, and how to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  1. Shipping Schedule

All shipments depart on Thursdays. To be included in the upcoming shipment, please ensure that your order is placed and confirmed before Wednesday midnight (UTC) of the shipping week.

Place your order early, you receive it early!

  1. Shipping Timeframe

Our standard shipping timeframe to Kenya is two to three weeks. This means that once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive in Kenya within three weeks. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the process.

  1. Service Fee Charge

We charge a 10% service fee for all shipments. This fee covers the cost of handling, processing, and ensuring the safe delivery of your items. The service fee will be calculated based on the total value of your order before shipping costs.

NOTE: Shipping will be charged in kgs of the item

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Share a link of the item‘s’. (Example from amazon)
  3. Send us the links via WhatsApp or Email
  4. Give us some time to review the order
  5. Await a quotation
  6. if “you” the recipient (buyer) accepts the sent quote, Make the payment, this includes a 60% deposit or more.
  7. Customs and Duties

Leave the hard work to us, we will handle custom clearance and all other charges

We are responsible for any custom fees, no other amount will be charged over the quote sent to the client, unless advised earlier in the process of quoting
